● Faith Walkers Church is celebrating their 3rd Anniversary and a Revival this month. Location 738 April St (inside Resurrection Church). Pastor is Rev. Antonio Wells:
○ Sunday, October 19 at 2:30pm
○ Revival: October 23-24, 7:00pm nightly
○ Sunday, October 26 at 4:00pm
● Pastor Thomas’ Retirement Party has been postponed due to the number of events scheduled for October. We will notify everyone once a new date is set!
● Irving School is in need of adult pen pals to be matched with a class. If interested, see Sis Marsha before next Sunday.
● Corinthian is hosting a Pew Rally at 4:00pm on Sunday, October 19. Attend if you’d like!
● On Saturday, October 25, the Church Row Coalition is hosting the Annual Fall Clothing GiveAway at First Baptist Church from 9:00-11:00am (transportation provided from 9am-10:30am). See flyer for details.
● NAACP Banquet is Saturday, October 25 at the Waterloo Center for the Arts at 5:30pm. Tickets are available now! See flyer with info regarding the speaker, cost and other event details.
