Meet Our Pastor

• Waterloo, Iowa native

• Proud Graduate of West High School

• Attended local churches as a youth and young man including Payne Methodist, Union Missionary Baptist & Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist

• Served at Mount Carmel under his father, Pastor T.F Thomas

• Served in the US Army in 1979-1992

• USPS Mail carrier 1994 - Current

• Member of gospel quartet, Reverend Clarence Williams and The Rising Sons

• 2002 - First calling to the ministry serving as Assoc Minister, Sunday School teacher and Church Musician

• 2011 - Started Jailhouse Ministry to reach the institutionalized

• 2013 - Pastor of Christian Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church

• He has 4 children and 3 grandchildren

Pastor Thomas states, “My wife and I have been truly blessed over the past 33 years of marriage. All thanks and praises belong to our God and Lord Savior Jesus Christ, from whom all blessings flow.”
